By using Clozy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clozy. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Clozy a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's features (AI analysis, beautify, try-on, outfit suggestions, social sharing). We do not use your content to train AI models.

The virtual try-on feature generates AI images showing how clothing may look on you. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent the actual garment fit, color, or proportions. Free users receive 3 try-ons per month; Clozy Pro users receive unlimited try-ons.
AI-generated product photos (beautify) and try-on images are approximations created by artificial intelligence. They may not perfectly represent the actual item. Use your judgment when making purchase decisions based on AI-generated imagery. Clozy is not responsible for differences between AI-generated images and actual items.
Clozy provides the marketplace platform for connecting buyers and sellers. Clozy is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed items. Users are solely responsible for their marketplace interactions.
The Clozy app, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Yonatan Rigbi. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without prior written permission.
Clozy integrates with third-party services to provide its features, including cloud infrastructure, AI processing, and payment services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
Clozy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate AI-generated content, or marketplace transactions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yonatan Rigbi and Clozy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Clozy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@clozy.org and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app.
