By using Clozy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clozy. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload, including stories, outfits, marketplace listings, and direct messages. By uploading, you grant Clozy a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's features (AI analysis, beautify, try-on, outfit suggestions, calendar, social, marketplace). We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI sub-processors are contractually bound to the same restriction.

Reporting: If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, use the in-app Report flow on a profile, outfit, story, or message. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. We may share reports with law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
The virtual try-on feature generates AI images showing how clothing may look on you. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent the actual garment fit, color, or proportions. Free users receive 3 try-ons per month; Clozy Pro users receive unlimited try-ons.
AI-generated product photos (beautify) and try-on images are approximations created by artificial intelligence. They may not perfectly represent the actual item. Use your judgment when making purchase decisions based on AI-generated imagery. Clozy is not responsible for differences between AI-generated images and actual items.
Clozy provides the marketplace platform for connecting buyers and sellers. Clozy is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed items. Users are solely responsible for their marketplace interactions.
The borrow feature lets users request to borrow physical clothing items from one another. Clozy is not a party to any borrow arrangement. The lender and borrower are solely responsible for:
Clozy provides only the request/approval messaging and notification infrastructure. We do not verify item ownership, item condition, or the parties' identity beyond their account credentials. By using the borrow feature you accept these risks.
Stories are photo + caption posts visible to your chosen audience for 24 hours. After 24 hours, a story becomes hidden from everyone except you, the author, who keeps a private archive in Profile > My Stories. You can delete any story at any time, before or after expiration. We may remove stories that violate Section 4 without prior notice.
The Clozy app, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Yonatan Rigbi. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without prior written permission.
Clozy integrates with third-party services to provide its features, including cloud infrastructure, AI processing, and payment services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
Clozy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate AI-generated content, or marketplace transactions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yonatan Rigbi and Clozy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms (including the Acceptable Use rules in Section 4) at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Repeated or severe violations — harassment, illegal content, evading a block, fraudulent marketplace or borrow conduct — will result in permanent termination.
You can also block or report any other user in the app yourself. Blocking severs all relationships with that user (follows, close-friends entries, wardrobe-share approvals, pending borrow requests) in both directions and hides your content from them.
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal data — profile, photos, wardrobe items, outfits, stories and archive, social data, borrow history, and messages — will be permanently removed within 30 days.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Clozy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@clozy.org and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app.
